Now this is a rare beast. A Fuquay singlespeed from the nineties. Allegedly it was Greg Fuquay's own bike and was the prototype singlespeed that he built.
Current build is towards the Retro end of the spectrum including:

Diacomp cam action brake levers,
An old Synchros stem,
Hope Lightweight hub in ano blue,
Phill Wood rear flip flop hub,
